Pop cans are to be washed, rinsed and sanitized in an approved sanitizer of proper concentration prior to serving. Before Opening
*35  Observed the following outer openings to not be effectively protected to minimize the intrusion of insects or rodents: screen door with holes in the screen. Provide for all openings to the outside to be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight fitting, self-closing doors, closed windows, screening, or other means.
